Every ".com", ".net", and ".org" domain name is registered with an accredited registrar, regardless of how the name was registered.   If your domain name was registered through a third party, or if you are unsure of where it was registered, a WhoIs Query  will identify the name of the registrar.   The queries powered by WhoisQuery.com are the only ones known that show the names of the registrars accredited by CORE in addition to the ICANN ones.
